When I apply power, the input voltage stays at 12v for a second during boot up and then it latches. I’m under the impression a transistor is switching on and dumping current OR this has to do with the 5v SMPS startup voltage ramp hand-off from the 3.3v board.?
If this is true, does this sound like a bad shorted cap??
