I get results similar to yours between the QLG1 and QLG2. The QLG1¡¯s patch antenna is very good. The amplified antenna used on the QLG2 needs good exposure for reliable results.

Two years ago I built the clock kit with the QLG1. The clock will sinc, up any place in the house including the basement. This year I built the QMX+ with the QLG2. The clock will not sync. up unless I am outdoors or have the antenna next to a window. If I move the antenna away from the window it will not sync.. I am wondering what others are experiencing?? Is this normal operation or do I have a problem??
