It probably would not be a bad idea if Hans would update the manual to show a higher quality image of the one I drew so that people like me that are a little challenged with this sort of thing, can see precisely what it is they need to do to be successful with the microphone.
It might not be a bad idea also to mention perhaps a digikey part number for the best quality electric condenser microphone cartridge.
