I got me QMX working by setting the radio to Kenwood 480. Might be worth trying.
You could also check the QMX is selected in the sound settings on the PC.?

I've found the input level into WSJT-X is a bit low, around 20% to 30%, still in the green zone and it works fine but lower than I expected.?
