These are just data points, not complaints or bug reports as they each have only occurred once and have no clue how to reproduce them.

1 - in SWR/Tune mode, with a measurement in progress the reported SWR would fluctuate rapidly between a value of 1.0 and 2.0 regardless of the actual load impedance. Power cycling the radio cleared the condition and trustworthy SWR measurement returned.
?
2 - While sending a message from memory slot #1 with repeat 0 (continuous) and interval of 5 seconds, the audio ¡°freaked out¡± becoming ¡°glitchy¡± sounding and painfully loud. I had to rip out my earbuds before my brain melted! Again, a power cycle returns the radio to normal operation. Audio settings were AGC ON (with factory default settings), sidetone:relative, filter 300Hz @ 700Hz.

I¡¯m thinking of an external, analog, ¡°brick wall¡± type audio limiter to protect my ears from events like #2 above. When software goes haywire it can¡¯t be relied upon to protect you.
