I just received the QMX+ and L501 was broken. Not just the top but also the bobbin that is wrapped with the wire. One of the connections is also broken. I am attempting to replace the inductor and have applied kapton tape to the components around it and am heating the base of the inductor to 400C with a fine point air heat gun. I am not having success removing it and just want to make sure it is not glued to the board? Not likely but, needed to check. Any advice on how to remove L501.
