This matches my experience too - I had been trying Contestia 4-250 and it was cutting out on transmit and whenever I restarted.
I just tried Thor, DominoEX, and MFSK and those are all working.
I can confirm TXID is off, audio attenuator is 0, and all audio outputs are at 100%
Do the rise and fall thresholds have an effect if I am not using Vox?? I thought those were VOX specific settings...
Very curious!? Glad at least that it is reproducible by others - I thought I was going crazy.
I'm sure it will get sorted out in the end.
