I have built a U4B tracker package - powerfilm solar panels, supercaps, shunts.? Hooked up the 20m mag wire antenna for testing.? Powering it via USB. I am not seeing any WSPR transmission on 20m running the tracker on USB power on the patio (good satellite visibility) for an hour.? Is there an issue with testing on USB power?
