I just restored power to my QDX and it has as problem/s
I am using? DELL E6510 laptop running Win-7 SW and?
using WSJT-X v2.6.1 SW
1 - When Power is added to the QDX it flashes normally maybe 15-times before a solid red light appears.
2 - WSJT-X is activated and under RIG: QRPLabs QCX/QDX is selected, PTT Method ===> CAT, Mode ===>
? ? ?Data/Pkt
3 - Audio-tab ===> Input: Digital Audio Interface (2-QDX) and Output:? Digital Audio Interface (2-QDX)
? ? ?are selected
4 - When TEST CAT is pressed, there is no GREEN and an error window appears along with a WSJT-X message
? ? ?asking to reconfigure
5 - I can set the WSJT-X to 20-meters to match the band I want the QDX to run and see FT8 decodes being
? ? ?displayed on-screen with the "Frequency window" highlighted in solid RED displaying 0.000 000
6- Looking at the Win-7 Device Manager display I can plug/unplug the USB connector and NOT see the QDX appear? ? ? or disappear
- Using PUTTY, serial and entering /dev/ttyACM0 or /dev/ttyACM1 does not connect to the QDX
This unit use to work! Any ideas why even PUTTY does not access this unit ?
