Strangely, after swapping back and forth between Firmware 12 & 16 a few times while testing - this problem has disappeared.
Still interested if anyone can think of a cause - was using a Dummy load.
None of the cables have been changed & the devices have remained in the same position.
Has me beat - but it is working fine now.
