The DDS oscillator will have its calibration figure altered by the GPS 1PPS, changing up or down from 125 000 000 and of course the signal output will be accurately on frequency. Providing you have followed the instructions re non continuous TX of Mode.
Also if you are not using the GPS Data input the manually set time will keep accurate to the second.
