The Partnerships, Integration and Resource Mobilisation Office (PIRMO) is a new function at SPC with the Director appointed just over a year ago. PIRMO leads SPC¡¯s strategic partnerships, drives business development in support of SPC¡¯s Strategic Plan 2022-2031, and contributes to SPC¡¯s development effectiveness by championing an integrated approach to the way we work. ? The role ¨C International Partnerships Manager will maintain and enhance strategic external stakeholder relationships with SPC¡¯s partners, as well as maintain high quality internal stakeholder relationships including with the Senior Leadership Team and regional liaison leads, to help shape the future direction of SPC. EcoConsult Pacific is seeking interest from suitably qualified and experienced specialists to provide Technical Assistance for the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, Kiribati Tax Division and Kiribati Audit Office. We are looking for specialists for the following positions: ? Long term TA to Kiribati Tax Division and to the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development (280 working days in Kiribati and 70 working days home-based) -????????? > 12 years of experience -????????? Completed University Studies of at least 3 years, attested by a Diploma in Taxation and Revenue (Tax) Administration, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Business, Public Administration of any other fields related to the assignment. In its absence 5 years of equivalent professional experience -????????? General professional experience: Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in tax administration -????????? Language skills: Proficient in written and oral English. Knowledge of Gilbertese will be considered an asset ? Long term TA to the Kiribati Audit Office (150 working days in Kiribati and 50 working days home-based) -????????? > 12 years of experience -????????? Completed University Studies of at least 3 years, attested by a Diploma in Accounting or Auditing. In its absence 5 years of equivalent professional experience; and -????????? A CPA qualified or certified Chartered Accountant -????????? General professional experience: Minimum of 12 years of professional experience inpublic sector accounting and auditing -?????????
