Speaking of Cars and Bids, I bought my Aztek and an XJR from that site.
Both cars were as advertised when I saw them in person.? And I've had similar?experiences with cars I bought from BaT and Pcar.? So far auction sites have worked out well for me.? If I had to rank the online auction sites I'd put Cars and Bids first and then BaT and then Pcar.? IMHO.
In fact the least true-to-the-advertising car I've ever purchased online was a 2014 Miata Club (manual/black/retractable hardtop) ?that I got from a Lexus dealership on the other?side of the country.? The Miata is a great car (low miles and one owner), but not as good as advertised.?

Looks like a couple of 928 models (one RC and one model) for sale ($15 each) down in Oregon (Eagle Crest Resort) out near the other Redmond :D.

Wow, I do really like that car. Love the interior obviously. No space or time for me at the moment. But interested to see what the market offers even it the dealer reserve is out of touch. My guess is this is a good time to pick up a gts 5spd fur under 70

pricing, I may have to jump in LOL....

Kermit green 79 on craigslist (BC- Canada)
Kermit (lt green metallic) 79 OB 5 spd with green interior.? Apparently has 300 hp Euro engine installed but also includes original stock 4.5 engine (US/Canada car). Pic looks like the original engine. Rennlist thread said it has had partial repaint.
They are asking 33k, but given prices recently and the relatively low kms (plus all original stuff) seems decently priced.
Not a bargain but decent.? Also has a sunroof which is unusual for the OB's.

The 944 Turbo Phone Dials did NOT fit my 1980 928 with S4 Front Brake conversion kit.? I do not think there is any difference in wheel fitment on 928's between the conversion kit S4 Brake cars like mine and actual 1986.5 and 1987 S4 brake systems.?
Make sure they fit before purchasing them.?

phone dials (even on S4's without brake caliper issues).
So best to check the fit on your 928 before committing.
