Re: 91 S4 AT, 88 AT, and 84 AT in Wenatchee

Re: 91 S4 AT, 88 AT, and 84 AT in Wenatchee

Re: 91 S4 AT, 88 AT, and 84 AT in Wenatchee
I am trying to figure out how much to spend on my stroker 928. The engine block has been sitting in Anaheim for years after it got the nikasil treatment. It will cost $5000 to get back and another few

Looks like the seller has a few 928's.? These look like projects, but a 91 for $9400 has potential: https://wenatchee.craigslist.org/cto/d/wenatchee-1991-porsche-928-s4-black/7664333821.html The 88

Re: Portland area meetup?, Brake pad questions

Re: Portland area meetup?, Brake pad questions
One more input on Brake Pads - I've used a number of them and with all the changes I've done (from both track driving & street driving), I recommend 2 brands, but would choose Cobalt going forward:

Thank you Michael, that's very kind. I made a half hearted attempt for about a month and never really got anyone as interested in the car as I am. Feels like a good reason to keep her.

Jim- That's not bad at all. 25% worn after 55k miles. I've got OEM pads on right now on the front and rear. Mine is a 1985 S3. I'd take you up on your kind offer of the partly-used Porterfield pads.
