Howdy, Ray and I will finally be able to make it this year (only because work cancelled trips!).
I have two lightweight folding tables (so new, I haven’t even peeled the plastic off them). As ?I have evening calls that go until 7:30, I can drop these tables off to whomever.
Regarding the neighbors’ list, it is reasonably dead simple to create an email survey form that saves the information in a single Google spreadsheet. That spreadsheet
? should be able to be “locked”
? restricted in access for a limited number (like neighbors)
? can printed as a PDF to be emailed?
? can printed as old-fashioned paper?
I am not raising my hand as it makes more sense for an Oak Grove (vs. Pedestrian Way) owner — just like how Jeff took over ownership from me for this online group (and what a stellar job he’s doing.) however, whoever understood what I wrote — should be a natural owner!

I think this is a great idea! I would just like to hear some feedback about whether a lot of the new families and families with kids are out of town that week. If they are, then we could do it on Sunday, August 21, which is after school has started, because
I made a reservation with the city for that day. But it is more of an administrative hassle to do it on a night other than national night out.
