The current cloud forecast clearly shows that monday will not be
average. For example. The map of averages, shows 23% prob for some
places in Newfoundland. But the current cloud forecast says parts of
Newfoundland will be clear.

current cloud forecast is the one to use.
On monday morning:? use real-time satellite images.
