Welll, Ok, but I’m guessing that they could put UPDATES out there… Of course we all know the value of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I am always surprised when companies put Customers (capital C) secondary…? Just think how many working photographers CAN’T part with their livelihood and send their camera back for a week…

Oh well, I know what I’m getting into with Nikon, I guess!
