I just called them to find out where my Hoodcap was??? Well,
I was shipped over a week ago, via USPS!! Ok, fine with me!!
Where is it??? HTy're in California, I'm in Nebraska!! 9
days for a USPS package?? Something's wrong!! I asked if
they could send another one, PRIORITY MAIL!! Their
response....NO, let's wait another day!! How long am I
sopposed to wait till they send me another one?? 2, 3
weeks?? I actually asked to PAY for another one and have it
sent today via USPS PRIORITY MAIL, they gave me all sorts of
excuses!! I know about Plastics moulding & manufacturing,
this picece costs pennies to pour (I know the mold cost
thousands), they could have sent me another one The way I
wanted!! After all I'm the customesr & I'M RIGHT!!!
I wonder if they would like to be treated this way
themselves by one of their suppliers??
