Hi! This has been a tough week. My stress level is over the top since we are leaving on vacation Friday and stupid me added three pooled trusts for good referring lawyers so I created stress for myself since I already had more than enough to do. Stress for me I think is the worst enemy of good health. That and pain.
But on the positive side, I kept my resolve to increase the exercise and I have also been trying out new classes at my gym!I have kept my goal of working out every weekday for the last two weeks!? I LOVE Pilates and the next time you see me I will be as lean as ?a board and six inches taller I am sure! Lol. Also got two spin classes in which I haven¡¯t done for years, tried a combined fitness class using a whacky core board, and did two water aerobics classes! Spin had my heart rate consistently higher than it¡¯s been in two years. I think my body had gotten used to the other program I was doing for the last two years. This new club is right across from my office so I have been able to get there before work and after work, whichever is best for the particular day. So I am very happy about this part!? Plus the PT and dry needling I¡¯ve been getting have helped with my knee issues. Yay!?
