Excellent all. ? I did well on the nutrition side this week which is a start. ?I let life get in the way and did not meet my fitness goals - that will change tomorrow. ?

IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD YOUR ANNUAL MAMMOGRAM OR PHYSICAL, IT SHOULD ABSOLUTELY BE ON YOUR TO DO LIST.? IF YOU'VE HAD SOME SORT OF ISSUE WITH YOUR HEALTH THAT YOU HAVE NOT PRIORITIZED (BECAUSE LET'S FACE IT- ELDER LAW ATTORNEYS TEND TO PUT EVERY BODY ELSE FIRST!), THEN PLEASE, PLEASE, MAKE YOURSELF A PRIORITY AND CALL TODAY TO SCHEDULE WHATEVER APPOINTMENT(S) YOU NEED.? IT'S LIKE THE AIRPLANE THEORY - YOU HAVE TO PUT YOUR OXYGEN MASK ON FIRST SO YOU CAN HELP YOUR LOVED ONES.? :)
