Re: World Map
Hi WV8T, Thanks for your e-mail.? To see entities worked on 2 meters for example, click Awards > States Counties Countries.? On the form that appears, enter 2 in the band field and then click Calculate.? To see the entities worked on the World Map, then click View Worked Map. H Keith, Thanks for your e-mail.? You will find the steps for transferring your customized settings here: In addition, also copy the customized layout you created (or downloaded) for your POTA activity.? It will be the file with the .efl extension. So is there a File in ACLOG from my current Primary Machine, that I can restore to the "New Install" of ACLOG that will put those changes back, then I just do the Restore of my ADIF Data? Re: Upgrade to Windows 11 Question.
I just went through similar with a new PC build. I couldn't find a way to bring everything over so I just did the "other" fields. I am not sure if you were to copy the files from within each folder over if that would work or not. I really liked my current layout and it has been like it is for many many years. I am curious to know if copying the files over will work. Can't wait to see some replies from this post.?

Best of luck

Re: NI ENTERED THE SOFTWARE ON A NEW COMPUTER AND THE DATA PATH IS ONE DRIVE
Hi Bill, Thanks for your e-mail.? I'm sorry that you have run into trouble.??Our software has been designed with keeping your log file on your local PC or local network in mind. We have not experimented with OneDrive or other cloud provider installations, so we strongly recommend that you install the software and host your log file on your local hard drive instead of OneDrive. If you wish to turn off, disable or uninstall OneDrive, you will find Microsoft's information on that here. While we recommend keeping your data on your local network, we have had good reports from users who backup their log to OneDrive. Others have reported that they also keep their primary log on OneDrive as well with good success, as long as they only run one iteration of the software at a time and they have updated their OneDrive settings to allow our software to access OneDrive. If you are planning on networking more than one PC, based on reports from other users, you should keep your log file on your local network instead of OneDrive. After you've set your new PC to your desired configuration, then go to your old PC and follow these steps:?? - Start AC Log on your old PC. - Using AC Log on your old PC, open your log file (if it didn't open automatically on start) - Click File > Export ADIF - Save the ADIF file of your log to a portable medium, such as a thumb drive - Take the portable medium to your new PC - If you haven't already, install AC Log on your new PC. - From AC Log's menu options, click File > Import ADIF, navigate to your portable storage medium and select your ADIF file.
