Re: Gridqsuare Error

I just click ignore.? ?it is trying to upload a second time, before aclog does not mark as sent the first time, until lotw confirm receipt.

if time passes, I would do a download first, so maybe the N will change to a Y, and then upload will be ok

Hello Will,
when starting the program you cannot call up any function and after a short time
the error (No feedback) appears in German at the top of the menu bar.

(See picture)

The logbook is then frozen for about 30 seconds. Only then does it look as if it is loading
the logbook data again and then works normally.

Re: What am I missing?

Thanks Scott and others for the input. Understanding now where this comes from in the sequence of things I understand. I combed through the log and found several Q's which had been uploaded to LOTW but for some reason had not returned an "L" in the Sent Conf By column.?
?
I also found a few QSO's which had invalid callsigns but had been accepted as a valid QSO by eQSL. I DO NOT use eQSL any longer for reasons most DX'ers will understand.
?
Some of the duplicate QSO's I found were State QSO parties and as Fred suspected were county line operations. I edited those so they would be accepted by LOTW.
?
I did not go as far as doing a bulk edit but that was an option.
?
Thanks all,
?

Re: eQSL Confirmations

Hi Dave,

Thanks for getting back.

I can log into the site using the same username and password as listed in ACLog and
my eQSL subscription is up-to-date.

I can upload QSOs without any trouble.

OneDrive is a agent of the Evil Empire. I removed it a long time ago and make sure not
to fall for the "backup your computer" question after a Windows update.

Hello Larry,
thanks for the quick reply!
I am a paying member of QRZ.COM and the upload and download works without any problems.
I deactivated the menu in the program and then restarted the logbook. As I said, the title screen appears, then the logbook program.
Then it is silent for a short time and then the error message appears. After about 30 seconds, the data is read in again and the logbook runs normally.
I am running Windows 11 with the 64-bit version, but I have already tried the logbook in various compatible modes, but unfortunately without success.
Thanks for your tip though!

Hi Joerg,

Thanks for your follow up.? I'm sorry you are still having trouble.? In addition to Larry's suggestion, also try setting rig interface to None.? If that doesn't correct the problem, try disabling the API.? One of your settings is timing out and it is just a matter of figuring out which one and then correcting the setting.

Re: What am I missing?

Alan,
Since you said it was a QSO party and you had multiple qso's with the same station could it be you worked him on a County Line? If you log a qso and all info is the same, including date and time LOTW will reject as a dupe. You have to change the time of one of the qso's by at least a minute to make LOTW happy.
I don't believe LOTW looks at the County name so that could be the problem. I have worked 3 and 4 county lines in the past and have to fudge the time of the qso to make it go through.
