Constant velocity smoothness problem.
I have a 3d file of basicly a 2 1/2" dia dome.I can't get the feedrate
hardly above 5ipm. When I increase the feedrate higher, the motion is very rough. My configuration is .200 pitch on the ball screws with the encoders mounted directly to the ends of these ball screws. I have Mach 3 set at 10,000 steps per rev. Normally motion is very smooth until a get into 3d moves then seems thinks get rough. Any help would be appreciated. I could post the file if needed. Thanks Tim |
