Re: re converting to servo
Carl,
Dont forget that motor maximum speed is at zero torque (no load),
maximum power is at half that, so you will need to take the load into
account when doing the calculations.

Re: kipwareM
I'm a KipWare user. You will have some difficulty when it comes to
cutting radiuses or circles. They only true post is a "Faunc
compatable" and it doesn't produce either an I or J for a radius
cut.

The Mach 2 Manual.
Just for point of reference. I printed it out on my HP 970 series
printer. Printed both sides. Then went to local Kinko's and they
bound it clear front cover, solid color back cover, and wire

Hi-
Is the a way to execute simple lines of g-code from a macro ( mo3,
g01 etc. )? If so what is the proper way to enter this info into a
macro.
Thanks

Re: G-code in a macro:Needs more useful examples and docs
Hi Todd,
I was wondering this also, at least can I call a function or similar
also, I think its a subset of VB scripting and can call some
predefined( not user defined (?)) routines Art has setup.

Re: mach 1/2 with duron processor ?
jeff,
I've got one AMD computer that works and one that doesn't. Its not
the processor... its something in the chipset. The one that doesn't
work is a gigabyte. The one that does is a spacewalkker

The problem I have, is although they are being generated the steps out
are reverting to some arbitrary value. Although Mach2 seems now to be
storing the value, what it puts out isn't what I set. I can
