I use Fusion360 as well, but it’s a bit of a learning curve compared to a simple dedicated tool.? The site you linked to only creates gears, and wasn’t a generic converter which is what the initial question was.

I understand.? I've used d2nc.? Dxf to gcode can be accomplished by many ways.? I use fusion now, import the dxf, then create tool path from there.? Create sketch from dxf.? Create solid from sketch, create tool path from solid.? Also have used Inkscape and several others.? Fusion 360 is easy.? The software from delph is very helpful for design?
