*.dxf to G-Code

Jeffrey Cole All Messages By This Member #155390 How can a DXF file be converted to a G-Code file?? My computer hard drive crashed and I lost a lot of data. I thought I had backup files of everything, but I had a bad disc and lost some files and apps. I installed DXF to G-Code Converter but it has a glitch and does not work. I could use the CAD file and spend hours writing the line code, but that is too time consuming. I would appreciate the info to convert DXF to G-Code.?

I've been running it for 10 years or so on an old XP machine that I plan to keep nursing along.
