This one seems tied to a particular odd-man-out culture. ?The Chinese seem to have decided that this generation of them are hopeless and so are simply quarantining them. ?The human brain must be formed and filled from the earliest age. ?If we do not train our children to think well, they will become innocent rogues, susceptible to all passing phantasms.
