Re: Gear lash adjustments on my G11t
I have been spending some time looking for a 15+ volt battery. They all seem to be 12 volts. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate ________________________________ Sent: Monday, August 24,

Re: Gear lash adjustments on my G11t
I hadn't touched the mount other than setting it up and trying it out when the motors were stalling. I also tried the mount with no telescope and no counter weights with the same result. It works fine

Ah very good!? That's a nice looking page, and the G11S is listed indeed.? Nice. I don't know why I missed it, maybe because I subconsciously started ignoring large advertisement banners.

When I go to losmandy.com and click on mounts, the G11S is not shown.? How would anybody find that page that you linked? It's good news that the system is still available!? I recommend putting it up

Re: Considering buying a G11 mount for astrophotography.
When I bought my G11S I had to decide between a CEM60 and the G11S (G11S = G11G without the Gemini just a basic tracking controller).? I never considered the Gemini control system because adding that

My Losmandy G-11 returns sub-arcsecond guiding most nights, and with good polar alignment, would give acceptable unguided 5-min subframes with a 80mmm f/6.8 scope. I couldn't be happier with the

Henry, I think the GM8 dovetail has a unique bolt spacing...but I'm not at home right now to verify that. It's unlikely a GM8 sized spacer would fit a larger G11 or Titan properly. Losmandy makes an

Nicholas, Before my G11G with the Gemini 2 unit I had an Ioptron CEM60 which I returned due to unresolved vibration issues. In comparison, the Losmandy product is far more sturdy and will probably
