Hmm, to me the screw tends to unscrew with time. So a nuts on the outer side wouldn't help IMO. A 3D printed part on the inner side might prevent the OPWB from moving thus loosing the spring loaded

A follow up for posterity... My dec balance was off a bit having changed the orientation of my OAG. I moved my finder scope mount and added the finer scope rings which dialed in the balance better.
