Hi Brian and all, I've attached logs from Oct 29 (SharpCap alignment) and Nov 6 (drift alignment).? Looks like I was misreading the screen during imaging, or just not remembering accurately what I saw across the two nights (could be either or both; my personal RAM is not as robust as it once was).? They are not as different as I thought they were.? It appears that each time I click "Clear" in PHD2 it creates another link in the file.? I did that quite a bit to try to see what my "normal" tracking was after a lost star or the like.? I do remember that Oct 29 was breezier than Nov 6.? I have a short refractor but the wind still affected it.
So if I'm reading the graphs right, there was very little difference in my tracking for the two nights, at least among the longer tracking segments.? Is that correct???
To Derek's point, I think I turned on dithering for a frame or two in NINA to see what would happen (I have a tendency to push buttons), but since I've not read up on how to dither yet, I abandoned that experiment quickly.
As always, thanks for your advice.
