before you reset your limits (your other post), I suggest you get this figured out.
I tried CDC and was able to connect but it also appeared it treated my losmandy backwards. I connected via stellarium and sky safari and they were fine, so it seems there's some setting in CDC.
I'm not sure why that is, but i would get this straightened out. it may fix your DEC coordinates/setting Limits question
