Erik, if 800x speed works well for you with prolonged slewing, then by all means set the goto speed to 800x. These speeds don't have to be the same, but those who run automated imaging sessions may want to lower the goto speed slightly so as to be conservative and not stress the mount or the motors while not being physically present to resolve any stalls or other issues.?
