Re: Setting up Ethernet using a microRouter - zoom meeting - sunday 10:30 AM

Yes - this totally works for remote sites and also for remote access?

I was up on Mt Pinos (about an hour from here, but seems farther) and it was terribly cold

i was able to grab my setup from my driveway, get up there, hook it to a battery, and once i was polar aligned i ran everything from the relative warmth of my car. The microRouter was certainly part of that

Okey Dokey, all set. (I hope! LOL!)
If I don't manage to make it, look for me wondering around in the parking lot. ;^)
(Not really, please continue and don't wait.)

I'd like to get the gist of this, whether or not I ever do it.
One idea I have is for remote sites, with no router or VPN. Say like camping, for example.
Since the Gemini 2 is already capable of Ethernet.
