"Fuses are very slow compared to the electronic over-current protection built into the Kx33.? Fuses are necessary when operating from a battery which can deliver high current into a short circuit.? When operating off of the KX33 we do not recommend additional fusing be added, unless very low current (1 A or so) limiting is desired for some odd reason."
