I am looking for any information anyone may know
about my father.
His name was ?Franciszek Wosko.? He was
born in Poland in 1921.
He fought with the 2nd Corps under
Anders.
He met my mother in Chieti Italy; they married and
next went to Buenos Aires where my brother was born. They finally came to the US
in about 1955.
What started out as a Polish friend translating
some documents for me has turned into the beginning of a curious, bittersweet
journey for me.
I will contact the ministry for definitives, but I
have his army card and some other papers.
I am looking for anyone who may have known my
father or someone who has family that followed a similar path?
