Wow! Yes! Aleksandra is my mother. Babcia Eugenia past away almost
15 years ago, but I am glad to report that she lived a very happy
life in Vancouver, Canada, after the terrible ordeal during the war.

And this is the best part. The three sisters are well and alive. We
had a family reunion in Vancouver two weeks ago. I am going to sound
like a crazy teenager but... IT WAS A BLAST!!! It is amazing how
well they are and the way they manage the bad memories about war. I
came back with hours of interviews for my research. It was a
beautiful and exciting trip.

I called my Mom yesterday to let her know about the group. She was
crying in the telephone with me. Unfortunately, she is not very
computer savvy, but I will keep her updated.

By the way, my two uncles fought with the Polish forces in Exile.
Could anybody please tell me how can I contact the British
government in order to get their records?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Best Regards!
