Oh yeah. This evening found two burned caps. Took out some traces as well. I have all the caps so hope to get at it Friday. Hopefully that IC survived.

That should do it! THANK YOU! I think the phone doesn't always show it all. Not sure but thank you to all. A friend's radio lost all rx audio. Now I have a chance of figuring it out.

Radio appears to receive. Does tx rf and audio fine. There's hope for it!
