Re: Conky location issue

The offset can be set in the .conkyrc file found in your home directory.

Re: pi5 73LINUX Conky box too high

I was able to fix the transparency by putting this in the conkyrc file.

own_window = true,
own_window_type = 'normal',
own_window_transparent = false,
own_window_hints = 'undecorated,sticky,skip_taskbar,skip_pager,below',
own_window_colour = '#000000',
own_window_argb_visual = true,
own_window_argb_value = 15,

Still haven't figured out how to reposition the box

Conky location issue

Built a 73linux?load on a new pi5 and the Conky window overlaps the uper task bar. Is there an entry in the code that will move the box down? The ALTor CTL and mouse drag do nothing. Thanks.

Re: RPI5 Bookworm conky issue #73linux #bookworm #conky #gps

I have conky running on the latest version of bookworm 64 bit using LABWC.?
Add the followingthe following lines to conky.config section of .conkyrc:
? ? out_to_x = false,
? ? out_to_wayland = true,
?
?

Conky on bookworm

has anybody found a way for the text to show colors.

My old PI3 failed after many years of good service.
?
So I purchased a new pi5 (4 GB version) and installed Bookworm 64 bit version, bit of a nightmare not much worked.
?
Now I have switched to 32bit, also switched to X11 backend, had some GPS issues but have resolved them.
?
However I just get a black box on the RH side of the screen where conky should be, I have looked at a few posts, but so
far have been unable to get it working.
?
Should I go back to an older version of the o/s (this doesn't fee like the right option)?
?
Is there a guide anywhere on how to fix conky?
?
I am going to be mainly using WSJT-X and Pat are there any know issues with these?
?
Thanks and Regards
?

Re: HOWTO digipeat with Mobilinkd TNC3 and RPi Zero 2W?

You should change the line
? ? serial-device /dev/rfcomm0 KISS
to something like
? ? serial-device /dev/ttyACM0 19200 8n1 KISS
?

I don't see why not, all you should need to do is change one line to point to the serial port used by the Nucleo TNC.

Curious if this can be adapted to the Mobilinkd Nucleo TNC serial DIY version?

I running APRS out APRSIS32 and Pinpoint.? I believe the programs allow digipeating.?

I'm hoping I can figure out how to get KM6LYW's digipi software to work with it.? Two different processors though.? STM32 verses Pi.?

Direwolf: DigiRigLite on Retevis RA685 no transmit, red LED works #aprs #direwolf #linux

Hi,

I have some trouble with direwolf, digiriglite on a Raspberry Zero2
When I try to transmit, the red led on the digirig lights on, but the HT does not transmit.
Receiving works (sometimes)
My direwolf.conf is straight forward:

?

ADEVICE plughw:3,0

CHANNEL 0

MYCALL DF6PA-14

MODEM 1200

GPSD

PTT CM108

AGWPORT 8000

KISSPORT 8001

TBEACON DELAY=0:30 EVERY=2:00 VIA=WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1 SYMBOL=car comment="DF6PA test"

?

First I thought it might by a sound level issue. So I used alsamixer: (see attached screenshot)

What did I miss?

Same DigirigLite, same cables, work great when using APRSDroid on Blackview. mobile-phone

Every help is welcome?

Thanks for this. ?I appreciate it. ?I¡¯ll try to make that work. ?I just changed the port on my LinBPQ node to point at my VARA FM on a different machine, but having it all self contained would be better.

Download the program, unzip it to your drive c sub-folder under the .Wine folder. In a terminal windows type wine uninstaller. Click install a program. Go to C drive. Double click the setup installer. Click box to make a Desktop shortcut. Done.
