I was able to fix the transparency by putting this in the conkyrc file.
own_window = true,
own_window_type = 'normal',
own_window_transparent = false,
own_window_hints = 'undecorated,sticky,skip_taskbar,skip_pager,below',
own_window_colour = '#000000',
own_window_argb_visual = true,
own_window_argb_value = 15,
Still haven't figured out how to reposition the box
I have the black box, but I do have the content. Just can't move it down. I fid move the task bar ho the bottom, but that's not a fix.?
Watching this and the previous Conley question closely¡my new 73Linux build on a Pi4 and also have conky overlapping the task bar and it¡¯s also just a black box with no content.

I built a 73linux load on a new pi5 and the Conky box overlaps the task bar at the top. Not sure where I can change the code to move the box down. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
