If you're using FLrig, the word FTDX10 shouldn't be appearing anywhere in your config file. PAT should only be looking for FLrig rather than a specific radio as the radio config is in FLrig. The

Something seems off here. Pat shouldn't know about the ftdx10 if you are using FLRIG with the radio. Did you modify the Pat config file? It's also possible that something has changed in hamlib 4.6
