You have to update your grid square in Pat before it will show you the new RMS stations. You can do it in Pat Menu->Manage Pat Winlink. From there, you have two options. GPS update or manual update. Once you do one of those, the RMS stations should update in the pat mailbox.

Now, if you want to update the list in Pat Menu, then choose Find Winlink Gateways from the main screen. Then choose Recalculate Distance and Bearings. The only time you really need to use this option is if you want to add an alias or if you plan to use the Pat Auto Connect feature in Pat Menu.
