While we should not be paying tax on this it comes down to who
the purchaser is, we would have to have an account with Mouser to
have it applied easily since it's usually an on or off exception
and Kip can't have that on his account 100% of the time.
For $23 I'm not sure it's worth our time to get it back but if
someone wants to call and ask for a credit it's certainly worth a
few minutes to ask if it's simple.
