Erst sollen alle Beschichtungen auf die R¨¹mpfe und die Br¨¹ckendeck-Unterseite, das ist eine dringende und sinnvolle Empfehlung des Designers! :-)

Ich habe ja bereits in der Gruppe geantwortet.. Das sieht ja perfekt
aus. Eigentlich so weit um das Boot zu drehen, oder? Ja leider geht es
nicht immer so wie man will.
Die Halle ist doch auch neu?
Nach einem Unfall mit meinem Auto, Polizei stellte fest, dass es nicht
meine Schuld war. Der Verursacher ist durchgefahren, sch?n was. Ich
habe jetzt eine alte Karre ohne Trailerhaken. Montage und so
weiterkostet mehr wie das Ding Wert ist. Deshalb bin ich auch nicht
zum segeln gekommen. Computer hatte nach 10 Jahren den Geist
aufgegeben. Also einen neuen gekauft, mit Windows 10. Meine Boots und
anderen Programme laufen aber auf Windows 7. Habe einen anderen in
England gekauft und warte seit einer Woche auf die Lieferung. Seit 3
Tagen bekomme ich Emails dass geliefert wird. Nix bis jetzt. So bei
mir geht auch alles langsam.

Hello Pete

Sorry, I missed this letter. The old computer was given up. The new is Windows 10 and many of my important programs drawing program, boat construction programs do not work with Windows 10. I ordered a new I ordered a computer with Windows7 from England. Since three days the French delivery company tells me that he will be delivered. Till now nothing.
It is now late and I presume you sorted out your problems.?
For the gudgeons use 6mm screws, there is enough room. See figure 19. It is strong when you set the screws with Epoxy. 4 holes in the corners is enough. Size diameter 100mm quarters.?
?I had other private problems so I am?sorry for the late answer.?

Once again the pics I sent with my post are not visible at this group in spite they are part of the yahoo system email, which is pointing at this post.

These problems are lasting longer than one year. If there is really a technical issue, the new yahoo owners are not at all interested in fixing it - despite telling otherwise.

My slow build moves on very slow. The (demi) hulls are glued to the bridge deck and the fillets (radius = 100 mm) are done and glassed. To form the ends of the fillets smoothly I needed to take the bridge deckup a few inches alternating forward and aft. I used my self made gentry crane and a beam.

I understand and it is a little difficult to communicate on the forum, even about the difficulty of putting photos.
OK as soon as I can, I'll make drawings on how to set up the construction of the boat using the sew and glue technique.

I don't know about you but I have built several boats during my life!
Here in the forum I put photos on the KD860 Italy and KD122 Italy construction.
Next I want to use a new technique of structural bonding of the boat that has nothing to do with Bernd's project. There are so many techniques for building a boat.

So if I build the KD900 it will always be original see KD860 and KD122 Italy

Can you make sketches in jpg format? Both systems are not clear to me. You can build like the DUO 800 S. Then the cabin is down and the beams short. I think this is easier.
Bolting round beams side by side is very weak.
Two, more unclear and when I have understood it, very work-intensive.

So you like stitch and glue have fun. You will be wondering how many more hours you will need.
The inversed U beam and curved. First a closed body square or round is always more strong as a U shaped one. U is very bad in twisting.
Forget to curve Aluminum. When you heat it to do bent so it becomes very weak. There is a way to get the strength back by heating again to 450-degree celsius
evenly over the whole length. To make the beam connectors would be fun and I hear you swearing.
