So you like stitch and glue have fun. You will be wondering how many more hours you will need.
The inversed U beam and curved. First a closed body square or round is always more strong as a U shaped one. U is very bad in twisting.
Forget to curve Aluminum. When you heat it to do bent so it becomes very weak. There is a way to get the strength back by heating again to 450-degree celsius
evenly over the whole length. To make the beam connectors would be fun and I hear you swearing.
