My bad. This error was pointed out to me several days ago and we did change the BOM on the site to:

LM7805CT/NOPB-ND

The critical spec is the amperage, as there has to be enough power for the board, but more importantly, the display. 1.5A should be fine.

Because this is a new product, please visit our web site (hamreadiodesigns.com)? often as we expect to make changes in the supporting documentation. Also, I will continue to try and improve certain elements of the software in the future. When either one changes, we will make a post here to inform the group.
