Hello Byron, I'm considering the Zpacks Plex Solo right now. Just before ordering it. The only thing I'm not sure is it's performance in rain. I have read several reviews and I can't say if it will stand wind and rain.
Did you remember reading anything about this`I have read one guy who tried a small part of the JMT and did not like the tent in rain.
The weight and price are gold though

I have spent many many nights in my Zpacks Altraplex (22.4 oz) with no problems.? A great tent and it will be available for sale soon!
