Thoughts on Snow Pack for mid-July to Mid Aug hike

 

Crazy snow so far. My concern is hiking through snow and being eaten by skeeters starting NB in mid to late July. I know its too early to say definitively, but I love to chat about backpacking. Any thoughts?
