In fact, Balena Etcher did the job. I just had the time to try my USB stick that I flashed this afternoon and it works.

If Rufus works for me but doesn't work for others, then I must be missing including some configuration instructions. However if BalenaEtcher works, then I should prob change my instructions to get people to use that.
