Today I ran across a service bulletin addressing this issue. Guess where?? On my website. I knew I had it somewhere, but the old gray cells sometimes don't function well. I guess I need a full re-alignment. Just in case the issue was not?resolved, here?is the bulletin. ? Walt Cates, WD0GOF ? A majority of acceptance is not proof of correctness.
