Beautiful Station... 73 WA3GIN

Twenty-six years ago I collected the components for a classic Hallicrafters station.? The HT-33A amplifier was sold before I moved cross-country in 2020 (just too heavy) but I finally got around to putting the station together a few weeks ago.? The SX-88, SX-115 and HT-32B are all original - and with just cleaning the switches/pots and checking the tubes, work great.? The HT-32B is putting out 90 watts, and with a Turner 350D HI mic, gets good audio reports.
The only issue is USB signals on the SX-115 are noticeably weaker than on LSB by about 3 S-units.? Before I start digging in, has anyone on the list experienced a similar issue and knows how to resolve?
Thanks to all and Happy Holidays,
